Privacy policy
GetWellOrganized sells printable and fillable organizers. This policy explains what personal information this website (getwellorganized.com) collects, why, who it is shared with, and what you can do about it. It is written to describe what the site actually does. If you have a question it does not answer, write to privacy@getwellorganized.com.
The short version
- This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
- We only collect personal information you choose to give us: your email address, and optionally your first name, when you download a free guide.
- We use it to send you the guide and, where you have agreed, occasional emails about new guides and products. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- We never sell or rent your information.
- Purchases happen on Etsy, not on this site, and are covered by Etsy's own privacy policy.
What we collect
When you download a free guide
We collect the email address you enter and, if you provide it, your first name. We also record which guide you downloaded, when, whether you agreed to receive marketing emails, and the country your request came from (derived from your IP address by our hosting provider — we do not store the IP address itself). The country lets us show the right consent wording, including the separate opt-in required in the EU, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
When you visit the site
We do not set cookies, use local storage, or run analytics. Like any website, our hosting provider processes
technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from
abuse. Links from our pins, emails and guides may carry campaign tags in the address (for example
utm_source=pinterest); these describe where a link was placed and do not identify you.
When you buy
Checkout, payment and delivery of paid products take place on Etsy. We receive the order details Etsy provides to sellers, and Etsy's privacy policy governs how Etsy handles your information.
How we use it
- To deliver the free guide you asked for.
- To send occasional emails about new guides and products — only where you agreed, or, outside the regions above, where joining the list was disclosed beside the download button. You can unsubscribe from any email.
- To keep a record of your consent and of your download.
For visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, our legal basis for marketing email is your consent, and for delivering a guide you requested it is taking the steps you asked for. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site, each for its own part of the job:
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and stores signup records and files.
- Mailercloud — our email service. Your email address, name (if given), the guide you downloaded and your consent status are sent to it when you have agreed to receive email.
- Google Fonts — pages load their typefaces from Google, which receives your IP address when they do. See Google's privacy policy.
- Etsy — where purchases are made, under Etsy's own policy.
We share information with authorities only if the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
We also publish our own product images to Pinterest. That does not involve sharing any visitor's information.
How long we keep it
We keep signup records while you remain on our list. If you unsubscribe, we keep only what we need to honour that choice (so we do not email you again). You can ask us to delete your information entirely at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and US state privacy laws such as California's — you may have further rights, including to receive a copy of your data and to complain to your local data protection authority. Write to privacy@getwellorganized.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is intended for adults. Our organizers are used by parents and caregivers; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
Our service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual protections.
Security
Free-guide downloads use signed links that expire, the site is served only over HTTPS, and access to signup records is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
Changes
If what this site does with personal information changes, we will update this page and its date.
